RETURNS / CLAIMS FOR EXCHANGE

(a) Due to nature of products KOSHI offers, everything is backordered and specially produced on demand for the customer (Buyer), all sales are final and Seller will not accept returns of any Products, except as provided in subsection (b) below.

(b) If the Buyer receives a Product that is defective or incorrect in some way, the Buyer shall notify, contact our Support / Customer Care at [support@koshigroup.com] by writing an email within seven (7) days of receiving such defective or incorrect product. Buyer must document claimed issues or defects by providing photos or videos. Seller can ask for detailed photos, videos or request more information regarding the parts ordered, Buyer must be collaborative with Seller trying to solve issues together (if any), in opposite Seller can postpone or discontinue support of Buyer.

RETURN PROCESS (if applicable)

Seller will give an shipping/return address and label information to the customer where goods/defective parts shall be returned for exchange, along Seller will organize and cover expenses of returns. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. After receiving returned parts and inspecting the condition of item, Seller will ship a new replacement part for the defective unit Customer returned, or credit note the Customer based on agreement.

NON-RETURNABLE CONTAIN;

  • Products that have been installed previously. (ex: contain glue marks/stains or damaged clips)

  • Products that are used or damaged in any way. (ex: part is scratched and have signs of usage or repairs)
