RETURNS / CLAIMS FOR EXCHANGE
(a) Due to the nature of products KOSHI offers, everything is backordered and specially produced on demand for the customer (Buyer). All sales are final, and Seller will not accept returns of any Products, except as provided in subsection (b) below.
(b) If the Buyer receives a defective or incorrect product, they must contact our Support / Customer Care at support@koshigroup.com within seven (7) days of receiving the product. Buyer must document claimed issues by providing photos or videos. Seller may request additional information. Failure to cooperate may result in support being postponed or discontinued.
RETURN PROCESS (if applicable)
Seller will provide a return address and shipping label. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. After inspection, Seller will ship a replacement or issue a credit note as per agreement.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Products that have been installed (e.g., contain glue marks, stains, or damaged clips).
- Products that are used or damaged in any way (e.g., scratches, signs of usage, or repairs).
